Overview
At 3DRigs, we stand behind the quality of our 3D printing parts and accessories. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Item is unused and in its original condition
- Item is in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is included
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been installed, modified, or used
- Custom or special-order parts
- Items marked as final sale
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at contact@3drigs.ca with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Do not ship items back without prior authorization.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping cost is not included in refunds.
Exchanges
We replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at contact@3drigs.ca.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
International Orders (US & Cross-Border)
For international orders, please note:
- Duties, taxes, and customs fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees on returned items.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all international returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
